My accident with a tram or the miracle of Kurfürsten-Anlage

Well, I have to tell you the most amazing and miraclous thing that happened to me about 6 weeks ago!!!
As I will be starting my first permament teaching position as a special education teacher (as an executive) I had to go to the goverment doctor to get an health check. They gave me a paper for my local doctor to have special check on my lungs. I left this paper there and walked out the building to go back to my car. I had to pass the tram tracks on my way to the car. When I just had passed the tracks I realized that I forgot to take the paper with me. I just turned around - my mind filled with thoughts - to pass the tracks again. Doing that I must have ovelooked the coming tram. It just hit me. I got underneath the tram and it took me about 1-2 meters (around 6'3'') with it unti it stopped. I can't remember the details of the accident but it must have looked to so bad for me in the beginning that the poor driver passed out because I was so shocked! (Poor man!) I just woke up again in the emergency room it the hospital wondering what did happen to me.
Luckily I wasn't injured very badly - compared to what was happening!!! I had no broken bones, no severe injuries of my spine or head. I had about 2-3 stiches on my back head and I had lost much blood because my hair looked so redish after the accident that it really looked like I had colored it read with Henna or some other red color. I had a concussion which gave me a hard time for weeks but I am doing much better now. I had many many bruised and scratches all over my body. But: I survived this accident even without any harm!! That's a real miracle!! The emergency doctor who was in charge of me on the street told me later on that he thought I would have very bad inner injuries (spine/neck/head) he also told me that it was like a miracle to him that no severe injuries were caused by this accident.
I believe that my Heavenly Father sent some angels to protect me or to say it in the words of Kind David (Psalms 91:11,12):
"For he shall give his angels charge over thee,
to keep thee in all thy ways.
They shall bear the up in their hands.
lest thou dash a foot against a stone."
These words have always touched me because we perform this wonderful Psalm with music from Mendelssohn-Bartholdy as a choir. But since my accident I feel it even more deeply that the Lord really sends His angels to take care of us in times of need! I feel so happy and I am so... thankful for the great blessings He bestowed over me especially during this terrible accident! I feel His love for me and for all of His children so... much during the past weeks!!
This June 19th 2008 is like a second birthday to me. A chance the Lord gave me to live my life more fully and to feel His great love for each of us much deeper than anytime before!!
It also taught me two other lessons:
1. This time the Lord saved my health and body from any harm but more importantly He really saved me from spiritual death through His loving and atoning sacrifice He gave for each member of mankind!!
2. Life is so... fragile! We really need to take care of our bodies! We need to live each day to its fullest as if it were our last one! We never know when our time comes when we have to go back to our heavenly home, so we need to live each day full of joy and love for life and the poeple (family, friends, collegues etc.) around us.
I am so... thankful the Lord safed me and how He once more taught me great lessons through this experience.
Lets have a look at my pictures shot two days after the accident when I got out of the hospital and when we tried to get all the blood out of my hair.
